Please bear in mind that our premises are up a flight of stairs on the first floor and there is no lift in our building. Most of your business with us can be conducted over the telephone by contacting our friendly Call Centre staff. However, if you would prefer to see us in person, but cannot make it up the stairs, please call ahead so that we can make special arrangements.
